1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

- Item is returned in original packaging
- Return request is made within 7 days from delivery date
- Proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or promotional items
- Items without original packaging
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items
- Approved refunds will be issued via original payment method
- Processing time: 7–14 working days
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
